Providing third-party warehouse pallet storage and fulfilment solutions
Supply Chain Network has recently developed their services and now proudly provides a third party storage and fulfilment solution.
Supply Chain Network’s range of pallet storage solutions delivers:
· Clean, dry and secure facility
· Short – Medium or long term
· From 100 pallet spaces up to 10,000 pallets
· Large floor-based storage areas
· Competitive rates for storage and RHD
· Dedicated team of warehouse operatives
· In-house WMS system
· Approved bonded warehouse for custom clearance
The operation is based in Trafford Park, Manchester and is close to a major network of motorways. The building has 4 unique chambers offering pallet storage for Standard UK and Euro pallets, along with 3 floors of free-standing floor space able to accommodate larger awkward oversized pallets. All stock is recorded and tracked using the in-house WMS system. Pallet storage is based on a pallet in – Pallet out basis. Order fulfilment services are also available on request.

Further thoughts on quarter 2 and business developments throughout 2023
As the year continues to unfold, the Supply Chain Network group confidently forecasts many more future wins and collaborations within the supply chain industry. According to reports from global bank HSBC, it is still uncertain whether previous ‘globablisation’ will result in ‘less global trade, or simply trade that involves different parties’. However, as a result of this, supply chains may subsequently develop into something altogether more resilient.
While these shifting patterns of international trade may result in higher input prices for firms and additional trade frictions, the overall success of supply chains in 2023 will ultimately depend on how new forms of production are created, and essentially whether wider scale adoption of digitisation and new technologies can mitigate any predicted, potential challenges.
