Ian is an experienced Supply Chain / Logistics professional with over 40 years of operations management and consulting experience. Experienced in a military logistics / 3PL retail distribution background across multiple customers and product types within customer-facing, warehousing and transportation functions.
 

He is well versed in strategic development and optimisation of warehouse operations with particular expertise in solution design, operational optimisation Warehouse Management Systems, Stock Management and Labour Management syatems (SMART). Ian possesses in-depth knowledge of supply chain design, including modelling and simulation methodologies for the execution of optimisation strategies.
 

His knowledge of all aspects of Distribution Operations and IT Systems allows Ian to deliver direct benefits through the execution of many optimisation and development projects, which add real value to the customer’s business. Ian has a proven experience in leading and delivering customer projects, with supporting resources available from his consulting team.
