Andy is a specialist in logistics modelling, planning and operations with operational and commercial experience built up over 20 years. He has been immersed in clients’ businesses as both a consultant and an employee. Andy’s goal has always been to embed the processes and models he creates, and to empower the users to use these tools to gain a better understanding of the dynamics of their business. 
 

Andy possesses well-developed management and communication skills, built up from years of managing teams and running training courses. Most of his time has been spent as a part of our project teams. Andy is very focused and efficient and performs well under pressure.
 

Andy is a very proficient P.C. user of most Microsoft packages. His specialism is operating computerised vehicle routing and scheduling systems, particularly Paragon, on behalf of whom he has operated as a consultant for several years. Andy’s forte is in modelling large complex networks and then producing simple operating processes for the end-users to adopt. He also has a keen interest in logistics technology mobile, in-cab and telematics software.
